Position Overview:

Allkind is seeking a motivated and passionate intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Egg Donor Care Specialist Team and the Marketing Department/Creative Team. The intern will play a key role in supporting donor care, assisting with social media content creation, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about the fertility industry, creative, and eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the Marketing/Creative Team to develop and execute social media content strategies across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Assist in creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that resonate with our target audience.

• Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance Allkind’s online presence.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and help optimize content for better engagement.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and influencer partnerships.

Egg Donor Care Support:

• Assist the Egg Donor Care Specialist Team with daily operations, including donor outreach, communication, and follow-ups.

• Support the management of donor profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Help in organizing and maintaining donor records and documents.

• Participate in the onboarding process for new donors, providing information and guidance.

• Respond to donor inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Startup Experience:

• Gain insight into the operations of a venture-backed startup in the fertility industry.

• Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for product development and marketing strategies.

• Participate in cross-functional projects that provide a holistic view of the business.

• Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, Healthcare, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.

• Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic graphic design tools (Canva).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
